1. How did your musical career begin?
My musical career began in 5th grade after I started taking viola. After that I couldn't get enough of music. I started playing guitar and bass and eventually drums.

2. Who are your primary musical influences?
The bands ZAO, AFI, Thursday, and (old) Norma Jean.

3. What do you like to listen to when you aren't playing your instrument?
Metal, I love metal. ZAO, The Chariot, Lamb Of God, Norma Jean, all great metal bands.

4. What are your hobbies outside of music?
I really don't have any. Other than orchestra I play guitar and sing in my band.

5. What has been your greatest opportunity provided to you because of your musical talent?
Playing at Carnegie Hall. That was amazing. Just to think of the great musicians that have played on that stage. It was really cool.

6. What are your favorite movies or television shows?
TV shows - Family Guy, stand up comedy, and Headbangers Ball. Movies - every Star Wars movie made.

7. You can have dinner with any four people, living
or dead. Who would they be?
Les Paul - he invented multi track recording and the guitar that bears his name, the Gibson Les Paul, which is my favorite guitar - I have two of them.
Beethoven - he was one of the best composers and a musical genius
Randy Rhoades - he was one of the greatest guitar players of all time and died way too young.
Daniel Wyant - he's the lead singer of the band ZAO. They are probably my favorite band.

8. What are your plans after high school?
My plans after high school are to pursue my band. I love playing in a band and it's what I've always wanted to do.

9. Who is your favorite historical figure?
Jesus Christ - He went through a whole lot for no gain of his own. I admire that.
